Shipping & Returns

All packages are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority or Fedex 3-5 day ground unless they are less than 1 pound, which will be shipped USPS first class.

All orders with the identical billing and shipping addresses will be automatically combined. If you do not want them combined, please email, contact@creaturesgrimm.com OR please enter a different shipping address.

All USPS packages are dropped off at a business dock and are not scanned immediately. Each customer will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package is scanned.

Combined orders will not be refunded shipping costs due to high demand for our work and our time in the shop. Thank you for respecting the Grimm Team.

Holiday Shipping. Due to the fact that all mail is delayed because we are in a pandemic, We can not guarantee delivery by Christmas. We are doing all we can by shipping priority mail and dropping them off within the restrictions that the USPS gives. If you would like to view USPS Holiday Shipping deadlines, click HERE

No Cancellations will be accepted because of late delivery or postal delays.

Local Purchases

Shipping Domestic

Orders are shipped via USPS and ships within 10 business days. USPS First class for packages $25 or less. Priority for packages $25 or more. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is scanned at the Post Office. 

Any Domestic shipment includes the standard priority shipping insurance.

Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen packages. The customer must file a claim with the shipping provider. It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe shipping location (ie a video camera at your front door.)

Shipping International

International shipping rates vary according to destination country. If you do not see your country listed in the shipping, it could be because of international restrictions due to Covid-19. Please review the list Here. Or email us at support@creaturesgrimm.com. Right now because of the VAT taxes, UK is not listed in the list of countries to ship to.

International taxes and duties are not included in our shipping cost and will have to be covered by the customer.

Creatures Grimm can not guarantee a tracking number to the destination point for any international shipment once it leaves the United States. Signature confirmation is not available for any international package.

Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen international packages. Refunds for packages outside of the U.S. will only be issued if the package is returned to sender by the shipping service completely intact. If the package is returned to sender, the customer must pay for shipping again before it is sent out a second time. If a package is lost, the customer must handle it with their postal service. We can not do anything on our end other than give you a tracking number.

Exchanges are not provided for international shipments. If there is breakage during a shipment, those items will be refunded given proper documentation.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted due to defects in the manufacture of the product. Defects are considered to be anything interfering with the function the product.

All defects need to be reported within 5 business days of receiving your product.

Please note that handmade products are not always “perfect.” Irregularities that do not qualify for refunds or exchanges include: glaze irregularity, “glaze waves”, pin holes, bubbles, fingerprints, or imperfections on the bottom side of the piece, etc. These imperfections do not affect the function of the item and are not reasons eligible for refund or exchange.

If you encounter issues with the function your Grimm products, please email us at support@creaturesgrimm.com with details/pictures and we will help resolve the issue. Exchanges are not processed unless there is an issue with a valid defect of the product. Creatures Grimm is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier. Please note that there is a $12 return processing fee, shipping costs are non-refundable and if the item(s) arrive broken, there will be no exchange or refund.

Web specials and Seconds are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Breakage

-Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Creatures Grimm within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Please email, support@creaturesgrimm.com with your order number and a photo of the breakage. A photo of the breakage is necessary to reship or refund your product.

-International Orders are an exception to exchanges. Exchanges are not provided for international shipments. If there is breakage during a shipment, Those items will be refunded provided proper documentation.

Canceling Orders

-If the order not been shipped, In-stock orders may be cancelled and refunded within 3 days of purchase.
